When you make a purchase, the ticketing system confirms the payment method/funds through a temporary $1.00 charge - it will be refunded within 24 hrs of your purchase.
If there are campsites at the festival, the majority are primitive with no hookups. In Arizona and Wisconsin Country Thunder, there are a limited number of campsites that come with power hookups.
Why am I getting an address verification error when trying to place my order online, and did it go through?
This happens when the address on your card does not match the address for your account. Please check both of these to make sure that they match. If you feel that you have entered the correct information and you are still receiving the error message, please contact your issuing bank regarding the issue.
Treat your wristband like cash! We cannot replace lost or stolen wristbands. Also, since wristbands are cloth, they may tighten easily - please be careful with your wristband as you will not be allowed anywhere on site without one.
No, all purchases are non-refundable, all sales are final.
IS THERE RE-ENTRY WITH A 1-DAY TICKET?
Yes, you may exit and enter the site at your leisure, as long as you are wearing the correct day wristband.
DO YOU OFFER 1-DAY VIP OR RSVD TICKETS?
No, these tickets are only for the whole event.
CAN I SPLIT UP MY WEEKEND WRISTBAND?
No, weekend passes cannot be split up by days, the wristband may only be utilized by one person.
HOW DO I ORDER IF I DON'T HAVE EMAIL?
If you do not have an email account, we can mail your tickets to your home address. Review the item online and then you may call us to order over the phone.
WHEN DO 1-DAY TICKETS GO ON-SALE?
Occasionally we sell 1-Day tickets, if they are available for this year's event, we will notify you via our newsletter, on social media, and on the ticketing page.
WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?
New this year, tickets will be sent out by mail to your address on file. The wristbands will be sent out 6-8 weeks prior to the festival.
HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL PURCHASER?

WHERE IS ADA PARKING AND HOW DO I GET A PASS?
ADA Parking is located in Lot A. An ADA parking pass does not cost anything extra - you will only need to purchase a standard parking pass and when you arrive to the festival, show your ADA information to receive an ADA pass instead.
DO YOU HAVE AN ADA ACCESSIBLE AREA?
YES! The ADA Accessible area is located towards the back of the RSVD seating area. You can access it through the RSVD seating entry located on the right hand side of the stage.
CAN I HAVE A FRIEND JOIN ME IN THE ADA AREA?
Yes, we invite you to bring one guest with you to this area. Out of respect for the limited amount of space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
SOMEONE IN MY PARTY HAS TROUBLE WALKING, IS THERE RIDE ASSISTANCE TO GET AROUND THE FESTIVAL BOWL?
Unfortunately no, we are not able to provide mobile transportation within the festival bowl.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor with Country Thunder, you will need to fill out the appropriate application for consideration. Beginning in January, applications are reviewed and then accepted vendors will be notified. After January the applications will remain available if there are still spots to fill.
Your wristbands/camping stickers will be shipped out 4-6 weeks prior to the festival. We will email you with tracking information when your order has shipped.

What is the Loyalty Program?
The Country Thunder Fan Rewards Program is part of our brand new Mobile App. There will be tons of opportunities throughout the year to earn Rewards Points that can be redeemed for rewards and prizes!
How do I sign up?
Simply download the app and register either through the Facebook login option or with your email address. You will be instantly ready to start earning points to be put towards rewards.
How does it work?
Fan loyaltypoints are earned by inputting or scanning loyalty codes in the My Rewards section of the app, where it says Scan/Enter Code. Loyalty codes will be available for buying merchandise, upgrades or tickets with Country Thunder, for just attending events, following Country Thunder on social media, visiting on-site activities, and more! Be sure to check the website or the App for new chances to earn points all the time.

How do I keep track of my points?
Your app keeps a running total of your Country Thunder Fan LoyaltyPoints and you can view your total at any time by visiting the My Rewards section of your app.
Can I use the same reward more than once?
There is no limit to the number of times you can use your points toward a reward as long as you have enough points. Certain restrictions may apply for how many times you can redeem for the same reward in a single day, but if you want all your rewards to go toward popcorn, you are welcome to do so.
Can I combine my points with others to redeem them for the bigger rewards?
No, rewards can only be redeemed by using your own points and may not be combined with those of family or friends.
Is there a way tobe in the rewards program outside of the mobile app?
The loyalty program is a feature offered EXCLUSIVELY on our mobile app, so you must have the app and be registered with it in order to participate.
